5. Civic Content & Campaigns

RiseUpNow is a nonpartisan civic engagement platform. Campaigns and content on the platform represent the views of their creators and do not necessarily reflect the views of RiseUpNow. We reserve the right to remove any campaign or content that:

  • Violates these Terms of Service
  • Contains hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence
  • Is factually false or intentionally misleading
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code on RiseUpNow — including the RiseUpNow name and logo — are the intellectual property of RiseUpNow and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

By submitting content to the platform, you grant RiseUpNow a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content in connection with the platform's operation.
